Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

The Platform is designed for students preparing for the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA). There is no minimum age to use the Platform. If you are under 18, you represent that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and consented to these Terms on your behalf.

2. Accounts & Guest Access

You may use the Platform as a guest (subject to a daily limit of 5 questions) or create an account using email or Google sign-in. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

3. AI-Generated Content — Accuracy Disclaimer

The Platform uses artificial-intelligence models (including Google's Gemini family) augmented with a retrieval system over curated JEE past-paper content. While we take reasonable steps to ensure accuracy, AI-generated answers may contain errors, outdated information, or incomplete reasoning. Specifically:

• AI responses are not a substitute for coaching, textbooks, or official NTA solutions.
• We do not guarantee that any answer is correct, complete, or suitable for your specific preparation needs.
• You should independently verify any critical concept, formula, or solution before relying on it in an examination setting.
• We are not liable for any academic outcome, score, rank, or admission decision that you attribute to content generated by the Platform.

4. Subscription Plans

Pro subscriptions are billed per calendar month via Razorpay (UPI, cards, and net-banking), exclusive of applicable GST. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform to generate content for commercial resale or redistribution.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract the AI model, prompts, or retrieval database.
• Submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or harmful.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's infrastructure.
• Share your Pro account credentials with others or use a single account on behalf of a coaching institute without our written consent.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, without prior notice.

6. Intellectual Property

All Platform content — including UI design, branding, the curated question database, and system prompts — is owned by us or licensed to us. AI-generated answers provided to you are for your personal, non-commercial educational use only. JEE past-paper content is sourced from publicly available NTA materials and remains the property of their respective owners.

7. Advertisements

Free-tier and guest users may see advertisements served by Google AdSense. We do not control the content of third-party ads and are not responsible for any product or service advertised.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect only the data necessary to provide the service and do not sell personal data to third parties.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim, or ₹500, whichever is greater. In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

10. Grievance Redressal (IT Rules, 2021)

In accordance with the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, we have appointed the following Grievance Officer:

We will acknowledge your grievance within 24 hours and resolve it within 15 days from the date of receipt.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted at this URL with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
